Shipping + Returns

SHIPPING

We aim to deliver all mainland UK orders within 7-10 working days using Royal Mail’s First Class service. Our prints and sweatshirts are likely to be too large to fit through your letterbox, so if you aren’t in then Royal Mail will leave a delivery note with details on how to rearrange delivery. If you haven’t received your delivery within 12 working days please do contact us at hello@hapistudios.uk. Please note any import duties and taxes are your responsibility. If your order exceeds four items we may need to contact you to agree a postage price and find the best option for you. If you are in a rush and would like to get your HAPI products quicker, please do send us an email and we will do all we can to help.

OUR REFUNDS POLICY

We hope your are super happy with your HAPI Studios products. If you are not completely satisfied please notify us at hello@hapistudios.uk within 48 hours of receiving your delivery. Once you have notified us by email, you must return your product in its original packaging within 7 days of receipt of the product. All returns must be returned in ‘as new’ condition for us to be able to re-sell. Our prints are handled with care to ensure they reach you in mint condition, when returning we strongly recommend lots of TLC as creases, finger prints etc will not be entitled to a refund, nor tags removed from sweatshirts. We do advise you use a reputable, tracked parcel or courier service in case of loss or damage while in transit as we cannot accept responsibility for this. We will aim to refund the price of the product in full, within 30 working days, minus the shipping and packaging costs. Unfortunately we are unable to refund the cost of return postage. All refunds will be processed in GBP.

COLOURS

The colour of our products may vary slightly from that shown on the website, due to limitations of browser software and screens. We are meticulous with every item that is sent out of our studio, due to the nature of screen printing by hand, each and every print is unique and so the colours will be ever so slightly different, reflecting this process. It’s actually the reason we make each print by hand – we love that each print is one of a kind!
